lAll products have to be described clearly by shop assistants before selling to consumer. Which include:
1.The use of the product
2.Every single parts that comes together with the product
3.Products are sold to consumer in a brand new and excellent condition. (Give customer notice if they are not)
4.Make sure the products are not damaged before selling it to consumer.
2All products that are purchased from the store will have a printed tax invoice. (The Tax invoice is clearly displayed: the date of purchase, time of purchase, description of products, and the price of the products that the customer was purchasing at.)
3All tax invoices or proof of purchase is to be shown to the cash register for exchange and refund purposes.
4Exchange or refund with prove of purchase is allowed within 14days. (Stock has to be with its original packaging, and all parts must include with the products purchased.
5Customers are entitled to choose a refund or repair or exchange or credit note if the products you’ve bought are:
1.Faulty
2.Significantly different to those shown or described to you
3.Not doing what they are supposed to do.
6We do not refund when:
1.No proof of purchase is offered (tax invoice or bank statement)
2.Customer have change their mind about a product
3.Customer has found a cheaper product elsewhere
4.Circumstances have changed and customer no longer require the goods
5.The goods have been damaged by abnormal use after purchase.
6.Knew, or should have known about any faults when they bought the goods.
Products and Warranties
l5% discount of the products original price is to be given to consumer on display and floor units products.
25% discount of the products original price is to be given to consumer on Re-package products.
(Re-package products – products that are not in 100% condition packaging, however, the goods and parts are 100% working and all parts are included in the product package as description.)
3All products purchased in DCOMP are guaranteed with a 12 months shop warranty. (Except for products such as inkjet and laser printer, LCD and CRT monitor and scanners.) These products are provided with a manufacture warranty, customers are required to deal with the product’s original manufacturer. For more information, please talk to one of our sales assistant in shop.
Shop warranty – customers are allowed for an exchange in the shop with their fault product and proof of purchase is to be shown. Product which exchange to the customer has to be exactly the same model with the fault product. However, due to time and stock level, products are not guarantee stocked for all time, customer then need to wait for the product to be repair, and pick up until the repair is done.
Manufacture Warranty – Products will have a limited period warranty support with it’s original manufacture. (Depends on which company) with the customer’s proof of purchase. Customers are to deal with the original manufacture with any warranty purpose. It can either through telephone or internet. To get more info on how it process, please ask one of our friendly sales assistant. The store does not have any responsibility with these faulty products.

lAll products are to be checked by shop assistant before any warranty or exchange action is to be taken. It is the shop assistant responsibility to make sure all the faulty products that returned by customers are completely full range, and all parts are included.
2 Products with physical damage are not covered by warranty. Shop assistant have to make 100% sure the products that returned by the customers are not physically damage. Warranty does not apply to products failure caused by accidents, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, and problems with electrical power. Dcomp Pty Ltd is not responsible for recovering any data lost due to the failure of a hard drive or flash memory device.
Delivery Policies
Delivery:
All freight costs will be borne by the purchaser.
Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit by any courier or postal service.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Dcomp will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.
We do not ship to PO Box and Post Bag for any Credit Card Payments.
Our goal is to let customers receive their orders in the earliest stage. We ship orders out for in-stock products once the payment is cleared. For products not in stock or for computer systems will take one or two more days to ship out. Delivery to major state, territory cities and their surrounding areas takes 1-7 working days.
